The cost of disbursements will often depend upon a quote by a third party (e.g. expert witnesses such as forensic scientists).

Category A
Drink Driving, Drug Driving, and Failure to Provide a Specimen
This category covers all cases involving specimen-related allegations. This category also covers
dangerous driving offences that remain in the Magistrates' Court.
Your solicitor will review evidence and represent you from first appearance through to trial if required.
Stage 1

Stage 2
£2,500 + VAT
If the case is contested, covers full preparation and representation at one trial hearing (up to one full day).

This category includes most penalty point motoring offences.

Crown Court Cases
For more serious matters that proceed to the Crown Court, we offer a tailored fixed-fee structure to reflect the complexity of the case and the involvement of Counsel (barrister).
These fees are explained in detail at the outset and confirmed in writing before instruction. Typical fees start from £3,500.00 plus VAT, depending on the charge and required level of representation.
